Sunshine!

It has continued to be a quiet fall training-wise around Team Pink HQ. I've been super slacker while Amy has continued to prepare for at least one more cyclocross race coming up. It's been kind of nice to keep it in a lower gear lately though.

With the weather generally starting to turn wetter and the darkness starting to come earlier, most of my cycling is now limited to riding to and from work and a bit of trainer time. Since my trainer busted right before we headed to Halifax though, I've even not done much of that. I have been running a little more the last two weeks though, getting out at least twice each week. And swimming is still going along as usual since we can't give up on that social meeting every Wednesday and Friday morning!

Not too much else to say except that today is a spectacular and gorgeous day and I'm thinking really hard about skipping the last couple hours of work to ride around. In fact, I just talked to the boss and she's in for some riding too, so with that, I'm off.
